So MTV has this thing they call The Leak and they regularly let out a little leak of what is going to be a big release just a week before it hits the store shelves. Well this time, tonight that leak is of the much anticipated UGK self titled double album Underground Kingz. The official release is so close and so almost here that I can almost already hear the discs playing in my car stereo. I’ve been a UGK fan since I was just a young dumb 20 year old college kid who didnt know shit.

Damn this industry is going to shit in a hurry and I just have to say we need that UGK now more than ever. It’s just one week away and it seems like it’s been forever. I need some rap that isn’t just about jewelry and cars, fake drug dealers and wanna be gangsters dancing together like a gang of cheerleading bitches. It’s square business out there like my man Tum Tum would say. But Pimp C said it best last week when he put people on the spot and in the spotlight for their actions.

Someone has got to teach these young ones that are coming up that there’s more to the game than jewelry and cars. Build a rep dont think you’ve already got one because you can talk some fake shit about stuff you’ve seen in movies. Tell the truth on your music, tell that story, both sides of it. Stop dancing around and being a puppet for the execs that only want to exploit your talent. Give me that fucking UGK double disc already and if that shit doesnt drop exactly 7 days from now there’s going to be a problem! Fake ass people and fake rappers can eat a dick, if you feel like Im talking to you then maybe you’re one too. I just had to get that out of my system, I figure Pimp C needed to do the same.

I know that interview and article are with Pimp C is still fresh and being talked about. Well it’s time that Lil Troy jump in and respond since he feels like he needs some attention. This dude has fallen off but he still feels his crusty DVD is relevant as what he has to say. Stuck on talking about Scarface and calling Pimp C names Lil Troy doesnt have a lot to say but you can listen to it and form your own opinions.

If you asked me and you didnt, I’d tell you that Pimp C spit that real shit and hurt some feelings of some people and I guess Lil Troy is one of them. It’s clear when you listen to Pimp C he had a message and spoke about some serious shit in between the small things that would distract the haters and has beens. So listen to Lil Troy ramble on and not say much, if you can get a message out of what he’s saying then you’ve done better than me. He just seems bitter and calling conspiracies on the world. Seems like he’s on some shit or needs to be if you ask me.

Yeah thats right the title is exactly right, a free brand new Trae mixtape straight from the source. So you got to cop this shit because it’s straight up heat. I’ve been listening to it myself for about an hour already and I have to say I like what Im hearing and if this is any indication of whats to come on his upcoming LP, then Im going to get my hands on that shit too.

You’ve definitely got some new slab music to bang hard until that UGK drops at the very least and probably alot longer if you ride alot like I do. I think this one speaks for itself, its the video for the current Chamillionaire single ‘Hip Hop Police featuring Slick Rick. It premiered on BET just this past week. This is the full version not the one that will end up making the rounds on regular airplay. You’ve got Cham playing multiple characters and acting out multiple scenes from a police chase to television interviews and breaking news coverage. It’s a pretty good video I think considering the current state of hip hop and music videos.

Yeah Im back already with another hot piece of video action. It’s your boy Lil Flip with a new underground video called ‘Pass Da Swisha’ which he says is dedicated to all the smokers. Now if you know one thing about Lil Flip since he got out of his old deal, he’s all about the music once again. He’s been staying steady with underground freestyles, tracks and little videos like this one for his fans. So have a look and let him and us know what you think!

Whats up people in the dirty south? I’ve got a little event to share that you might already know about or already be at. It’s the very 1st Annual Play N Skillz All Star Weekend and Birthday Bash. Maybe you haven’t heard of Play N Skillz but these guys have been doing it for a minute. They’re worked with the biggest artists in the south and outside of the south as well. Names like Chamillionaire, Paul Wall, Akon, 50 Cent and that’s only the begining. Well they’ve got the big names to come out for this event and you should definitely be checking it out as well if you’re in or around Dallas this weekend.

I know it’s poor quality video but I bumped into my man Chris McCain from the OKC tonight. He was out grinding at a local club promoting an upcoming performance and show. I didnt have my video camera with me but I had a digital that records video so I popped it out and threw up a little drop on the spot.
