The boy has been doing something serious because this new picture shows the new and improved Mike Jones? What do you think? The boy has been grinding and trying to get his new release ready to drop and make 08 his year to come back onto the scene bigger than ever, and a little smaller.

I know it seems like it’s been more than a minute but David Banner hasnt disappeared yet and there are no signs of him slowing down. I just got a little listen to this new track ‘Get Like Me’ featuring Chris Brown and I thought I’d drop it on my people and let you tell me what you think of it. Is it hot or is this going to flop, can you play in the ride, outside, at the club, with your love? I cant say that I like it myself and thats mainly because Im not a Chris Brown fan. So what happened to all the hype and marketing? Shows with Rick Ross and everyone saying ‘Ima Do Me’ or however you spell that shit. Rocko Da Don debuted on Billboard at #21 with only 28,000 copies sold to the peoples on the streets. So whats that spell, its not going to get any better for the Rocky Roads man, but I can imagine he’s going to keep grinding and you cant hate on a man for getting out there and trying to eat. Stay indie if you want the money, get on a label if you want the fame, its rare that you get both.

Damn it seems like it’s been a minute but MJG is going to release an album this year and I’ve got the first track to come off of it. Im talking about this track ‘Shades’ which has a good sound but Im not sure the content is all that I would hope for in an MJG track. The man is a veteran in the game and has gone a little too commercial sounding for me, but it’s still a hot track. I want to hear some of that real Memphis dirty raw rough shit though, and hopefully the rest of the album will have plenty of that. So check out the track and hit the comments back!

So it’s been more than a few minutes that fans have been waiting to get their hands on Lil’ Wayne’s Carter III album. It was pushed back from a 2007 release to sometime this year and the date is now official. It’s been set for May 13th and the question is are you buying it? We already know I’m not a Lil’ Wannabe fan, so I won’t even put my 2 cents on this one. Do you see major sales on this and if not what does that mean?

Well this time Cliff alerted me to a little remix verse that he threw up for an upcoming remix of Lil Wil’s ‘My Dougie’ track and so I checked it out. Oh my god that boy Rich Boy is a monsta with his latest track ‘Monsta.’ It’s going hard and I know the south must be loving that shit. First time I heard it I knew it was going to catch fire across the south where they play real music at. Texas can hear that shit because I know I can. Im going to drop the track on here for you to check out and download. Platinum selling super hip hop star Trina is having a MySpace contest that will coincide with the release of her highly anticipated 4th album Still Da Baddest scheduled for release on April 1st, 2008.

Trina, also known as The Diamond Princess, wants to see which of her fans can design the best MySpace using Trina content (her videos, songs, graphics, wallpaper, banners, etc.) and as much glitz and glam as possible!
