Well I grabbed up a copy from the label for a potential review and today I’ve got a remixed track for you to have a listen to. The track ‘Bring It Back’ is on the album but this is the remix featuring TI. This album was released through TI’s label.
This shit is really starting to drop fast now and 8 Ball & MJG get closer to dropping their new project. This time Im back with the new ‘Ten Toes Down’ video just a day after dropping their single on you.
I posted up recently letting you know about the new 8 Ball & MJG project ‘Ten Toes Down’ and now I’ve got some music from it. This time it includes a feature from Young Dro on the track titled ‘Bring It Back.’ Its sounding a little like that old 8 Ball & MJG that we remember but with a new twist. Thats right people Memphis Tenn legends 8 Ball & MJG are back at it again and getting ready to drop some new music on us. They’ve already shot the video, for the start of their project ‘Ten Toes Down’ and a new album is coming soon. I’ve got some of the latest behind the scenes video footage from the video shoot and some news about the album release. This album is being released by TI’s imprint Grand Hustle and coming as soon as April 6th with features from names like Bun B, Snoop Dogg and TI himself. Its always a good day when you’ve got some new 8 Ball & MJG to share and listen to. I know it’s been a minute since people were paying attention to the boys out of Memphis, Tenn but it’s time to start noticing them again. I notice they’ve been a bit rejuvenated with their new situation and the music is starting to flow a bit more. Enjoy the track and represent for real southern hip hop.
Yes its true the boys from Memphis have signed a new deal with TI to his Grand Hustle label and its about to go down. TI took a minute to announce this at the 107.9 Birthday Bash over the weekend and that likely means they should get a little attention with their next release. It’s been a while since I felt I could pick up a high quality release from these two and I know that I’ll be paying attention to see whats coming next. Are you excited to hear this news?
