I know youre wanting more of that Rick Ross right now and I’ve got a new little video with Ross and DJ Khaled giving you a little info about how its going to go down in the second half of 08. Stay tuned for that Maybach Music 2 they keep saying. Thats the upcoming mixtape and this video also has a little of that ‘Dope Boys Freestyle’ and some video of Ross out there in the streets mixing it up with the people. The Boss is going to have a major end to the year, I’ve been telling you!

So with his much hyped release last week DJ Khaled debuted at #7 on the Billboard 200 with 49,000 units moved. Im not sure whether that’s a success or not or what level of success considering all the hype and big name features on this album. Khaled was spitting a lot back at the bloggers and I still support the man but I was expecting bigger numbers. When you’ve got half of the big name artists in the game on your album and plenty of radio play you should push more than 50k units in your opening week. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see if this falls off after one week or strengthens with more singles and airplay but Im thinking it doesnt look good and its a long road just to gold.

You know Khaled dropped this release into stores today and here’s a little video to show some of that grind. Khaled and Ace Hood mixing it up in the clubs and on various radio shows or kicking it with Funkmaster Flex. Khaled is hot right now and his grind is serious in case you internet haters didnt already know. So check out the video and let me know how you feel about it.

DJ Khaled has come a long way in a short time or so you might think with his busting up the southern scene. But he’s been grinding hard for more than a minute and had a bigger purpose with this brand new album of his. ‘We Global’ is going worldwide like Khaled. He wants this hip hop thing to blow up, grow up and show up all across the world and this album is only the beginning.

This album has feature appearances from many of the major names in hip hop right now, so many I wont even name all of them. But I will say names like Game, Kanye, Rick Ross, Nas and plenty more. This album is bigger than just being a southern album and I want to know if you’re ready to cop it and when and if you do, tell me how you feel about it!
