Alright so I already posted it up and let you know that there was a bit of an altercation backstage at the Ozone Awards between Trae and Mike Jones. Well it didnt take long for Mike to get on the radio and air it out and tell people his side of the story as well as how he plans to handle it. Sounds like this one isnt over yet if you ask me. Check out this hot audio from Monday night when Mike Jones called 102 Jamz after getting off stage from performing at the Ozone Awards in Houston.

So this is TrillSouth and I know that you know who Mike Jones is, hell you might even be a fan. The boy has been doing something serious because this new picture shows the new and improved Mike Jones? What do you think? The boy has been grinding and trying to get his new release ready to drop and make 08 his year to come back onto the scene bigger than ever, and a little smaller.

Damn the MySpace people are really doing it. Did you check out this video yet of the MySpace SecretShow that went down in New Orleans just a couple weeks ago? Bun B on the mic and you get in for free, Mike Jones making them drop and give’em 50 and then Lil Weezy, well the other two are worth it, you know Im not a Wayne fan so move on.

But they really show that it went down and at the secret shows you get in for free. So check out this clip from a little show and see how it went down in the NOLA. One of the first times for Bun to rock the mic since Pimp passed.

So I already showed you that brand new Mike Jones ‘Drop & Gimme 50′ video last week featuring Hurricane Chris. Well now I’ve got something a little different for you, it’s an animated version. For some reason this animated version features a lot more shaking and moving body parts than the real version, thats a damn shame! So if you like cartoon booty, then I guess this is for you, me I like the real thing!

Well after what seems more than a minute, Mr Jones is back with the video for his single ‘Drop & Gimme 50′ featuring Hurricane Chris. I dont know if the time has passed or if this track still has life but the video makes for an entertaining piece at the least. So speak up and let Mr Jones know what you think of his latest piece of work and tell me if you’re looking forward to his new LP due early this year.

She’s busting it wide open, or at least they are in this brand new behind the scenes audition type video from Mike Jones and Money Stacks. You got all the ladies dropping it as they try to work their way into the official ‘Drop & Gimme 50′ video with Mike Jones featuring Hurricane Chris. It almost brings back memories of the old days of BET UnCut late night videos. And at the end you’ve got your boy Mike Jones calling for all you lovely ladies to submit your own videos for a chance to appear in the official video. Can you drop and gimme 50? I guess we’re about to find out, so if you see me in the club this weekend, drop and gimme 50 bitch!

So it’s Friday the day after Thanksgiving and I thought I’d take a moment to discuss Mike Jones. Well in case you didnt realize it, this past Tuesday the ‘American Dream’ EP and movie dropped into stores and here we are just a few days later and his people are pushing a new track not even from that album, but from a new one scheduled for next year.

So what happened to Mike Jones? Why did he fall off so fast and why has the label lost confidence in him? Was it a case of him being a Houston hip hop head and getting it because of the people around him, or did he really deserve his shot? Listen to the track and decide for yourself if bigger things are coming or if it’s over for Mr Jones.

So we know that Mike Jones dropped an EP on us just this week and it appears they’ve already moved on to a new project. How does that work is what Im wondering. Do you not even promote the stuff thats just hitting the stores, is there a dispute that keeps it from making money? Anyway his people are now pushing a snippet of a song with Hurricane Chris featured, it’s titled ‘Drop It’ and is going to be on the new project slated for release next year.

Damn I noticed late last night that with very little fanfare there was a Mike Jones ‘American Dream’ EP for sale on iTunes. But thats only the begining of what I was about to find out. It turns out that it’s only 7 tracks and selling for only $6.99. So what happened, where is Mike Jones?

This piece was pushed back several times and now we got a 7 track EP with a DVD. Where is the full version, what happened, why isnt it out and why was it pushed back so many times. Is the work not done, is there a conflict with the label? The only thing I’ve heard so far is that it was changed and pushed this way because the label didnt have confidence in your boy and his sales potential. So stay tuned and we’ll see whats really going down.

It’s a brand new episode for Mike Jones ‘American Hater’ series on the net. This time it’s Ballin At the Mall Texas style and you know Money Stacks is going to be on the scene to share that hate. So check out the new episode and stay tuned because Mike Jones is about to turn the heat up and release some new stuff real soon.
