I dont know if some of you missed it but the other day ThisIs50 dropped an in depth interview onto the net with the NOLA homie BG. Yeah he’s been back on it and pushing his shit out there lately so he’s starting to catch a little attention again. So how do you feel about it when rappers who became irrelevant come back and try to get on new trends. I know Juve spoke about it recently and I want you to peep his new video for the ‘Gotta Get It’ track and tell me if he’s one of those trying to get on a trendy formula or is he staying true to who he’s been.
I suppose I dont post a lot of the Lil Wayne leaks onto the site because they’re already everywhere else most of the time. Well that and you regular visitors know that Im not a fan of him or his music. But today Ill throw up the new track that leaked titled ‘By Myself’ featuring Juelz Santana and let you all speak on what you think of it. Do you like the direction Wayne is headed with his music lately? Do you like this type of track or do you prefer the ‘Prom Queen’ type of stuff?
Im not sure what to think of this one as its independent artist Harvey from New Orleans showing off his diamonds and putting them to the test with a diamond tester. First disturbing thing is that this dude can barely stand still so it makes you wonder what kind of shit he’s on. Second thing you know is he didnt get that much jewelry real or fake from selling albums so exactly what is he proud of? Is owning diamonds now a sign that you’re genuine? I still see it as the modern day shiny suit and just making yourself out to be a clown when youre whole identity is in some diamonds. Anyway enjoy the video and form your own opinions, its pretty funny to me.
Its brand new audio from Cash Money AKA Birdman featuring Lil Wayne on a track titled ‘Always Strapped.’ Are you still feeling these two and the possible reunion of Cash Money? This track might be a little hint of whats to come or maybe its just the only peek we’ll ever really see. Lil Waynes flow is random as always, sometimes its sick and other times its grade school nursery rhyme garbage type of shit. Birdman is always talking that G shit so this isnt any different. Well its been more than a minute since Ive been able to post up a blog from the rapper I like the least. Im talking about Lil Wayne and his Weezy Blog. This time Weezy has a little something to say about his upcoming documentary, some grammy nominations and even the white styrofoam cup that he’s been known to sip from. All of this done while he receives a half hearted massage and talks while eating. I guess this is news to some people so thats why Im sharing it. But really I could give a fuck what this dude has going on.
Man get the fuck out of here BET. The BET Awards are straight up bullshit if you havent figured that out already. That channel has progressively gone downhill since they stopped airing my favorite show BET UnCut late at night. At this point they’re catering to 15 year old boys and girls and naming Lil Wayne Lyricist of the Year is a fucking joke. This kids lyrics are worse than a fucking nursery rhyme most of the time. Almost any hot lyric he’s ever had was written for him and he’s not lyrically deep like the people he was nominated against, such as Nas to name one. So once again it’s fuck BET and that bullshit they’re selling to the people.

It’s no surprise that your boy Weezy is a sports fan, I just didnt expect to be reading ESPN and come across his blog and thoughts on his favorite teams and ongoing sports news. Well here it is the full text from the very first Lil Wayne ESPN blog.
This is the first blog I’m doing for ESPN. I don’t watch nothing but sports—no movies, no news, no television shows—so I thought this would be fun.
Because I watch so much sports, I like to think I know what’s gonna happen. But with the NFL this year, some things have shocked me, some things have been just terrible. Like the Bengals. Damn. I kind of had a feeling things were gonna be bad, but I didn’t want them to be this bad. And oh my God the Chargers.
They won on Monday, but it still wasn’t the Chargers. Then again, I think LaDainian is going to figure out how to work his way back through this injury. LaDainian is tough. I think that last game will be a big motivation boost for him. I’ve talked to some people who’ve had similar injuries with the toe, and they tell me that it’s the mental thing you have to get over first. The pain never goes away, so you gotta accept that and just fight your way through it. I think once he gets used to it you’re gonna see he’s the same LaDainian. I’m not worried about him. He’s gonna be fine.
The Patriots aren’t going to be fine. I expected this to happen even before Brady got injured. I’ve been skeptical for a while now. They lost their drive. They used to go out there and crush people, playing good football every Sunday. You could see when they were winning how great they were playing, how hard they trained and how disciplined they were. But then it became about ‘who is this person dating’ and whatever, and that’s when I thought this would happen. I’m not going to say they’re distracted because they’re professionals. In case you missed it Weezy has done #4 of his blogs and this time it was right before the VMA performance and he was still looking for a date. Im not believing that story but you know how it goes. So anyway do you like Lil Wayne’s blogging efforts or do they seem to be mostly a waste of time to you? He needs to take a little 101 from Diddy and start doing shit other than showing you how many brain cells he’s killed.
