Birdman ‘100 Million’ Video

It was only a few days ago that I talked about the anticipation around this video. There was a trailer and alot of talk about what the Birdman was going to do. Well now the video is here and I dont know if you’ll feel like me, but Im disappointed. I’ll let you be the judge like I do with everything else. It’s only one mans opinion, but mine is not a good one. I’ll admit Im not a Birdman fan to start with, so that might influence me a bit. But Im also tired of songs about nothing but money, jewelry and cars, of which Birdman has done plenty of.

So enjoy the video and share your thoughts. It’s full of plenty of guest features such as Young Jeezy, Dre, Rick Ross and Lil Wayne. Of course theres also a little of DJ Khaled who’s screaming of ‘We the best’ is sure to drive you crazy one way or another.

Lil Wayne ‘The Carter III’ Album Cover

lil wayne carter 3 coverSo tell me what you think, is this the real cover?

What do you think, what does it say to you? Whats up with wearing lipstick and makeup? Is Lil Wayne trying to tell us something, or is there something deeper to the pic. I’ve looked at it for a minute and maybe you could make something out of it, but really Im not sure. I mean when the pic of Wayne kissing Baby came out he didnt run from it. He’s since said and still claims he was just kissing his daddy. What is he really trying to get across here?

C’mon its a photoshop people, at least the makeup part is. I figured you would know that.

Lil Wayne on 50 Cent Beef

lil wayneSo unless you’ve totally been out of it lately then you know who Lil Wayne and 50 Cent are. But did you know that 50 Cent is trying to create a little beef with your boy from the NOLA? Yeah that’s right and I’ve got a little something to say about it myself after you check out what Weezy had to say.

“I didn’t know that dude knew me,” Weezy told Vibe. “What’s up 50? I got beaucoup 50 Vitamin Waters. He got the coldest one, the rest of ‘em are really nasty. For real - don’t get that Revise - that other purple one. Naaaah, you gotta get that Formula 50. I done been fooled like that plenty of times. 50 got like the best-tasting Vitamin Water.”

When pressed to respond to Fif’s shots, Weezy added: “A person like 50 Cent say anything about me, you gotta understand, that’s what makes them who they are. So me getting mad, that would be outta Lil’ Wayne’s character. There’s been plenty of recorders right here in my face saying, ‘what you think about such-and-such saying…?’ Nothing! I don’t think nothing! That ain’t me, I’m from New Orleans, man, we kill, for real, I’m not gonna stress that!”

So alright he’s not going to respond to a 50 Cent beef, but why is it that Weezy constantly needs to tell us he’s from the murder capital. That’s he’s from the place where “we kill.” But at the same time he’s never been into the game, he’s been trying to rap since he was a child, a young one at that. But every chance he gets from the fake gangsta tats, to quotes he tries to stress it like he’s a killer and he’s hard because he’s from New Orleans. Can someone get this fake gangsta a reality check? And whats with hyping murder, I didnt know that was something to be proud of? And you’ll never get enough tats to make you real homeboy.

Lil Wayne Arrested Again

lil wayne mugshotThat’s your boy Lil Weezy was picked up again by one time and taken back to jail. TMZ is reporting that he was picked up in Boise after a performance on a warrant out of Fulton County, Georgia. It appears that Mr Wayne was a fugitive on a felony warrant and a little cross country police co-operation brought him back to justice. Enjoy the mugshot and read the rest of the story here.

TMZ has learned that rapper Lil Wayne was arrested early Saturday morning in Boise, Id.

Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., was booked into the Ada County Jail by the Boise City Police around 7:30 AM MT this morning. The Sheriff’s Department website indicated he was booked on felony charges of being a fugitive.

Boise cops tell TMZ Wayne was arrested immediately following his concert Friday night at Boise’s Qwest Arena. We’re told he was picked up on a felony warrant out of Fulton County, Ga., for a felony possession of drugs charge. Authorities from Georgia contacted Idaho police and gave them the heads up about the warrant.

Cops tell us he was very cooperative and was arrested without incident. He is now in protective custody pending an arraignment and extradition hearing, which will take place Monday afternoon.

Wayne was previously nabbed in July on a gun charge in New York, and in 2006 he was busted in Atlanta for drug possession.

If you’ve got any questions for Gudda then hit the comments with them and I’ll see what I can do. I know he’ll be reading so let it be heard if you’ve got something to say. And now for the quick hitter questions I threw at him and the new Imma Break the Game Down track.

Lil Wayne & Baby on XXL

xxl magazine lil wayne baby cash moneyYou know I normally dont like to talk down on another man doing his thing so I’ll just try to say this is the best way I can think of. What the fuck are these two thinking and why can’t they just be straight up about it. It’s the rap game and yeah it’s just a game, and its a business. It’s alot like show business and sometimes it is show business. Why can’t these two just put it out there, or can you tell me what you think at least? Am I the only man that saw this cover and thought, DAMN what are these two doing?

These two sell major records in the south, nationwide and damn near worldwide for that matter. Lil Wayne is maybe the most popular artist the south has right now, whether you’re a fan or not and Im not. Baby has been putting together hits for a minute now with Cash Money. But damn what is real talk on this shit can someone tell me?
