It went down last year at Suite for the 1st Play N Skillz 1980’s themed Halloween party and its about to go down again this year. I cant tell you for sure whether or not I’ll be there. I’ve been invited but it appears this year theres more of a red carpet event out front at the House of Blues Foundation Room. If you know me then you know I dont really like the red carpet bullshit of 20 people with cameras all begging for a minute of time to ask someone the same question that 10 other people already asked. I guess the red carpet thing its just more about appearances and I’d rather do my videos from the stage, the crib or somewhere else in the streets and not ask the same bullshit as everyone else.

So I cant say whether or not I’ll be there. It is a private party so you have to be on the guest list and there will be appearances by Slim Thug, Tum Tum, some of the Dallas Cowboys, Brandon Bass of the Dallas Mavericks. Of course Play N Skillz with be there and a few other celebrites as well. So if you can get on the guest list then get in where you fit in because you’ll definitely have a great time. Maybe you’ll see me in the spot and you can say whats up.

Like I said Im getting around to it and I posted that Tum Tum interview earlier this week. Well now it’s the hosts of the Play N Skillz All Star Weekend, Play N Skillz obviously. These guys are hitmakers and pushing out some hot beats. Maybe you like that new Lil Wayne ‘Got Money’ well it’s Play N Skillz, how about Chamillionaire’s ‘Ridin Dirty?’ Once again that’s Play N Skillz and they’re doing some hot new stuff for themselves and now Tum Tum and Slim Thug. Check it out as these two sit down with yours truly and give you a little info on whats up.

Alright so you know this past weekend I was at the 2nd Annual Play N Skillz All Star Weekend. Well here’s the first short video clip that I’ve got from the weekend at the kickoff party at House of Blues in Dallas. It was the first time someone threw a party at the House of Blue’s Foundation Room and it was also a red carpet event. You already know I spent this weekend attending events at the 2nd Annual Play N Skillz All Star Weekend in Dallas. Well the biggest weekend in the D has wrapped itself up and they did it in real style with a huge boat party Sunday afternoon. There were plenty of lovelies, drinks and food to go around the huge boat on the lake and I’ve got the photos to share with you of the event. I did what I could do to snap enough pics to satisfy your urges to want to see how these guys party and I think you’re going to enjoy. You might catch Slim Thug being a boss or taking control of the music and showing how H town likes to party. Or DJ Smallz out on deck relaxing and taking in some sun. Alright I’ll let the flyer speak for itself mostly because it’s going down bigger than ever this weekend in Dallas and this is the place you’ll catch me. You’re also likely to catch several local sports stars from teams like the Mavericks or Cowboys and who knows who else you might run into at one of the parties. Alright Im back with a brand new single from Play N Skillz featuring a lot of artists that you already know. How about Krayzie Bone, Lil Jon and Bun B all on the same track. Sounds like a hit doesnt it and thats exactly what Play N Skillz do is make hits. Yeah it’s that time of the year when people are giving back. Of course some of us like to give back year round but it seems to show a little more this time for year, especially when it’s for the kids. Well Play N Skillz are always doing something to give back and a shopping spree as well as participating in a Celebrity Baseketball Tournament. This year takes on a little extra signifigance due in part to the tragedy suffered by the Perrusquia family in Dallas.

So it’s not much advance notice but I know you Dallas area people are going to want to get out and check this out. It’s happening this afternoon Thursday the 13th of December and here’s all the info you’ll need.

The day will begin with Play-N-Skillz picking the children up from school in a limo and then heading to a The Grapevine Mills Mall for a shopping spree as well as a day of fun playing video games. The day will culminate with a Charity celebrity basketball game at The J.C.Zaragoza Rec Center where the kids will get to see Play-N-Skillz,
Slim Thug, Big Tuck, Reyez, Tum Tum, Chingo Bling and many others play basketball for charity.

It sure seems like Im running into these guys The Big Red Rooster a lot lately and maybe that’s a sign of things to come. I caught up with them last week and did a little interview to let you get to know them better and find out more about the band. Im sure it wont be long until you hear alot more about these guys.
