Anyway it’s new Scarface so thats never a bad thing. Enjoy the track and post some comments back to let the world know how you feel.

Lil Keke ‘Im A G (remix)’ feat Scarface

lil kekeYeah now this is a real G style remix finally. You sure dont hear Scarface getting on enough remix tracks, everything seems to be some bullshit with some snap, crackle and pop rapper these days. Well Lil Keke and Scarface did it right with the ‘Im A G’ remix. RIP to my homie Pimp Chad as they say in the song, this track is new and definitely an upgrade from Birdman.

Scarface ‘MADE’

scarface madeOh yeah we’ve got new Scarface in stores and on iTunes today. If you want to get it right now you can cop it on iTunes like I did last night at about 2 in the morning. I’ve already listened through a couple times and like a lot of what I heard. It’s a shame that we’re looking at only 10 tracks, 12 if you count and intro and outro. Scarface is bringing a little of that new and some of that old with a few guest appearances. He’s always got that little bit of R&B feel to his stuff as well, and its all real. While it’s not going to be his best release ever, it’s a decent one and if you’re a Scarface fan its been a minute since you could buy a new album from him anyway. So check it out in your local stores today and then hit back on the comments to let everyone know how you feel about it.

Well here’s a mixtape featuring a few of the songs off the upcoming album as well as collabos and old school Face tracks to remind you of that old good shit he did in the past. So get at this download or just listen to it online and let everyone know how you feel in the comments. I know Im buring a copy of this right now to take in my ride with me when I get out and get things pushing tonight. So get yours because Im getting mine!

Scarface ‘Big Dogg Status’ feat TI & Lil Wayne

scarface madeOh shit it’s time for more new Scarface. Scarface just dropped a track onto the net and it’s called Big Dogg Status featuring two big doggs going by the name of T.I. and Lil Wayne. Yeah you definitely know who those cats are and so this track is definitely hot and brand new.

So you keep remembering the source to get that new hot shit, thats TrillSouth and feel free to click any videos or tracks and embed them on your MySpace, website or other sites if you want to share that new hot stuff. Stay tuned for plenty of Scarface news as he’s prepping his album to drop in the next couple months and it’s sure to set the streets of Houston back on fire. Scarface has never been one to hold back, and with the words that have been exchanged in the streets and on the internet Im sure he’s got a lot to say and share.

Scarface ‘Never’

scarfaceThe man is back finally after almost a retirement and working to promote a group for a bit. Scarface is back on the scene doing the solo thing again and his first single is just now dropping. A single called Never, Scarface tells all of the things he would never do. Never snitch, never cop a plea and never forget. It’s definitely a hot track and shows that Face hasn’t lost his touch with the real type of music that you will always remember him for.

I’ve always been a fan and if this is the first single off the upcoming then I think we’ve got something to look forward to for sure. So now the question is how soon can I get that new Scarface album into my SLAB and make the trunk bang while I ride slow and live fast. Check out the track and let everyone know how you feel when you comment back.

UGK ‘Underground Kingz’ Review

ugk underground kingzSo yesterday was a Texas holiday called UGK day. Alright so it’s not an official holiday and the postman still delivered mail and the banks were open, but to those of us that are into that real southern hip hop, or should I say that trill southern hip hop, yesterday was a holiday. It’s been about 5 years since their last album hit the streets and with time in between alot of things have changed, but these two are still on top of the country rap tunes game.

This time we’re lucky enough after all the wait to get a double album with 29 tracks and if you got into the stores fast enough you got to grab a copy that included a bonus DVD with a few of the new videos on it. If you acted real fast its currently on sale most places less than $13 with the DVD. I got mine for $12.99 and I’ve been wearing the discs out in the car for over 24 hours now and I’ll let you know this is as good as its ever been, or pretty close.

I’ll always be a fan of a few classic UGK tracks and I’m just not sure for me anything will ever compare to Diamonds and Wood, One Day, Murder, Pinky Ring or some of those tracks from Ridin Dirty. Maybe its just because I remember the time when I was hearing them while I listen, and not just the song, or maybe its because UGK was still raw and still hungry. Since then a lot has changed, Southern rap has really exploded and the spotlight is on it. Others have come up and come and gone. Bun B has done a verse for nearly anyone that was hot in the last couple years and his mixtape appearances were numerous. Read more

Lil Troy Responds to Pimp C

I know that interview and article are with Pimp C is still fresh and being talked about. Well it’s time that Lil Troy jump in and respond since he feels like he needs some attention. This dude has fallen off but he still feels his crusty DVD is relevant as what he has to say. Stuck on talking about Scarface and calling Pimp C names Lil Troy doesnt have a lot to say but you can listen to it and form your own opinions.

If you asked me and you didnt, I’d tell you that Pimp C spit that real shit and hurt some feelings of some people and I guess Lil Troy is one of them. It’s clear when you listen to Pimp C he had a message and spoke about some serious shit in between the small things that would distract the haters and has beens. So listen to Lil Troy ramble on and not say much, if you can get a message out of what he’s saying then you’ve done better than me. He just seems bitter and calling conspiracies on the world. Seems like he’s on some shit or needs to be if you ask me.
